Noah is an American photographer, filmmaker, editor and researcher based in New York.

Aside from frequent commissions, Noah also serves as a contributing editor with Guernica Magazine, a journal of art and politics, as well as a contributing editor with OSMOS, a curatorial and editorial platform dealing with contemporary art and photography. Noah is also the head of the water committee for El Puente Community Garden in his neighborhood of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Noah was a staff photo editor with The Wall Street Journal from 2009-2011 and has since reported dozens of A1 and National stories throughout the United States. While in university, he twice interned in The White House. He is a graduate of Ohio University's School of Visual Communication in Athens, Ohio, where he also studied urban geography.

Please contact for commissions, to view a print portfolio, CV or a reel. When not obsessively researching new stories to tell, he can be found eating brunch, tinkering in his studio, listening to NPR and trying to figure out how to live to be 100.
